Rachel Harper and Sonja Schöper have been passionately buying glasses for Ramstein Optik for years. With over 3,000 pairs of prescription glasses and 1,000 pairs of sunglasses in stock, they bear a great deal of responsibility. They make their selections in the shop with representatives or travel to trade fairs in Munich, Milan and Paris. There they meet the creative minds behind the labels and track down trends. Ramstein carries many brands exclusively in Basel - often from pure eyewear manufacturers, not lifestyle giants.

Sustainability and long-lasting designs are important to us. Unlike in fashion, eyewear collections change more slowly - which is good, because you don't buy new glasses every few months.
